I’ve been using this chair for a bit now, and it’s made a noticeable difference. My back feels way better after sitting for longer periods, and it has just the right amount of support without feeling stiff. Really happy with it so far...

The desktop finish turned out really smooth and clean. I didn’t notice any scratches and the edges feel good too. Happy with how it looks

The desk itself is good. The box showed up kind of banged up, and there was a small dent from delivery, which was annoying at first... but it still works fine and looks okay overall. Not perfect, but I’m keeping it.

After dealing with way too many flimsy setups and support chats, I’m just relieved this frame is actually solid. Even when it’s fully raised, it doesn’t wobble.

I had to return a part for my desk, and while the return did go through in the end, it was slower than I expected. I messaged support and didn’t hear back for a couple of days, which made me feel kind of ignored. The refund eventually came through, so it wasn’t a disaster, but I had to follow up more than I would’ve liked

I ordered a desk from flexispot, my favorite part was getting to pick pretty much everything myself, the size, desktop color, frame, and a few add-ons. It didn’t feel like I was being boxed into one standard setup. I probably spent a little while deciding, maybe longer than I expected, but that’s not a bad problem to have. In the end, the desk turned out about exactly how I wanted it

I ran into trouble putting this together because some of the parts just didn’t line up right. I had to force a few pieces into place, which didn’t feel great, and the instructions weren’t clear about what to do if things didn’t fit properly. I kept wondering if I had missed a step or if the parts were just off.

Even with the discounts, it still felt way too expensive. Like, come on, what a rip-off...

I had a small issue with my FlexiSpot order and didn’t have much time to deal with it, so I reached out to support kind of expecting it to be a hassle. To my surprise, they got back to me fast and it actually felt like they read my message instead of sending some generic copy-paste reply.
The person helping me was friendly and got things sorted without dragging it out or making it feel like a big problem. I was already feeling rushed that day, so I really appreciated how simple they made the whole thing.

My desk showed up with a couple of parts missing, which was definitely frustrating. I’m the kind of person who keeps all the packaging and takes photos just in case, so I had everything ready when I contacted Flexispot support. They replied quickly and sent the missing pieces out without giving me a hard time. They arrived a few days later, and I was able to finish setting it up. Not the smoothest start, but they sorted it out...

I ordered the white one, but they sent me black instead. Kind of frustrating, right? I was really expecting the color I picked, so now I’m just annoyed and not sure why this happened.

I’ve been using this desk for months now, it’s still really sturdy. I don’t have much patience for furniture that starts wobbling after a few weeks, so I’m glad this one has held up

the desk is nice once it’s all put together, but the instructions could use some work. A few of the pictures didn’t really match the parts, so I ended up having to redo a step. It wasn’t a huge deal, just made the whole thing take longer than I expected.

I had a little problem with one of the desk parts and, i was expecting it to be kind of a back-and-forth thing... but it wasn’t at all. Support got back to me fast, understood what was needed, and just sent the replacement part without making it complicated. Relieved, and yeah, really happy with how it was handled.

The desk does what it’s supposed to do, but adjusting the height isn’t great. It moves up and down in a jerky way and doesn’t feel smooth at all. Like, it works... but wow, that motion is rough.

The delivery arrived exactly when they said it would, which was really nice. Super easy and no hassle at all.

It’s not a terrible purchase, but compared to other furniture I’ve ordered, the protection felt weak.

I got a FlexiSpot desk a few weeks ago, and compared to my old setup, it’s been a big upgrade for working from home. Being able to switch between sitting and standing is so much easier than I expected, and by the end of the day my shoulders don’t feel nearly as tight.
Setup did take a little longer than I thought it would, especially compared with simpler desks I’ve put together before, but once it was done, it felt really sturdy. It’s not some flashy thing to brag about, but my back is definitely happier, and that’s what I cared about most.
